Summary: When viewing the 'Welcome Wizard' on an iPad, all steps are visible. It should only display one step at a time.

Location: https://dev.marketplace.reapit.com/developer/welcome

Steps to replicate: Open the welcome wizard in the Developers Portal vertically on an iPad and change the view to horizontal.

Note: If you refresh the page it seems to fix the issue.
