FROM store/intersystems/iris-community:

Given the above Dockerfile, we should have tags suggested given that it's on Docker Hub but it doesn't seem to work.

See rcjsuen/dockerfile-ast#59 and microsoft/vscode-docker#1337.

Remove tests for #50 as Docker Store may not exist anymore

This kind of image reference will be evaluated in #111 but the test will
be removed for now so that releases can still happen.
