Currently, the header, extensions and sections have the same layout and the same classes. I think we could make things a bit better by adding CSS classes.

From what I can see, we cannot add a CSS class to a row unfortunately but we could add it to the name of the section/extension and that should do it.

Note

It is not possible to add CSS classes to th/td in Asciidoc but we can work around it: asciidoctor/asciidoctor#1338 .
