Remove "domain" argument from SEI and li plating #1651

SEI and plating can only happen in the anode. "domain" should be hard-coded to "Negative", and not passed in as an input.
Should "negative electrode" even be in the variable names? e.g. "Total negative electrode SEI thickness" vs "Total SEI thickness"
