[Darwin] Use the default MRP values instead of overriding them

Problem

Darwin MRP active timeout has been set to 2000 ms in #11493
It is unclear to me that it is still a problem or that it was not cause by the mdns collisions issues that used to exist with the darwin CI.

It causes issues since it does not only affect the test applications, but also the controller.
