br: fix checkpoint path (#55266)

Problem Summary:
WalkDir the path {bucket}/{prefix}//{sub-dir} get the object {bucket}/{prefix}//{sub-dir}/object, but ReadFile the object {bucket}/{prefix}//{sub-dir}/object cannot find it.
