Hi,

I have been very happily using this plugin for months on KDE Neon and Raspbian with Quassel core 0.12 running on Raspbian 9.9. Today I have replaced Raspbian with Ubuntu Server 18.04.3 and starting irssi with this plugin now yields a " Unsupported usertype = BufferId (175)" message followed "Aborted" and a forced exit. Same behavior occurs running irssi on Ubuntu Server 18.04.3 and KDE Neon.

Way more is needed but this seems to at least avoid the crash.

Fixes phhusson/quassel-irssi#35
