Add open .url file and share from web browser
This PR is update PR from #1270.
.url file is shortcut of url(like http://...).
When you click .url file on owncloud app, app opens web browser.
When you share on web browser with owncloud app, .url file is uploaded.
This is very useful to web surfing overlap desktop PCs and smart phones.
In addition, .webloc and plain/text are handled.
