There are several Android devices in the family.
Somtimes the mobil devices are refreshed, damaged or handed to someone else in the family. Every time the privat information should be cleared, in most cases the Apps are also cleared. So the need to buy apps multiple times over time is evident.
To ease and overcome this, I invision to have an app repository in my OC, where all the apps that where bought are residing.
Actually the idea is, that there could be a OC-app serving as "buying agent", that buying agent "installs" the apps into that repository for further use (not as an app that runs in the OC rather an app that will be available for redistribution to be installed on multiple devices,
Than another service app in the OC would act as a "market place" that can be accessed by all mobil devices.
All devices/users with access to the privat OC-bought apps repository, should be able to access the app market (kind of an internal store, where my Mobil devices could install all apps from this "internal store" - to the device.
This is kind of a apps archive and "redistribution" idea for apps in my home mobil device infrastructure.

The main existing app stores keep track of the apps a user bought, so when a device is replaced or updated, introducing the credentials of the user in the store is enough to reinstall any app previously bought, without needing buy them again.
Anyway, the proposed functionality is far out of the scope of this app. We would be lying if we said that we will add this functionality.
Of course, the ownCloud server is open source and extensible, so feel free to create by yourself a plugin implementing what you need.
