Added LOST (UW) functionality and testing .png images - as a replacement for OpenStarTracker (OreSat was not able to implement appropriately). LOST has been appropriately calibrated for OreSat prucam and cross-referenced with NASA COTS star tracker and astrometry.net.
This is the base submodule for NASA's commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Python star tracker program. This will be used as a backup star tracker program to LOST and also for cross-referencing.
Change olaf_setup() function to use new string style param instead of NodeId
This reverts commit 2ce8ac6.
