[Follow-up][Table Visualization] Replace old table vis, add tests, improve local state management

There are couple of things left for Table Visualization:

• replace old table vis (issue: [Table Visualization] Replace current table vis with a new one using React and DataGrid #2855)
• add unit tests
• simply local states (issue: [Table Visualization][research][enhancement] local state management (sort and resize) #2550)
• [research] store a unique id for column data (issue: [Table Visualization] [research] store a unique id for column data #2549)
• error handling (issue: [Table Visualization] Research and add error handling #2651)
• add integration tests
• add functional tests for vis builder (issue: [Vis Builder] [Test] Add functional tests for table visualization #2848)
• add functional tests for table visualization
