Relevant updates following the status presented in Cores TG:
Regenerated RTL Code Coverage reports after adding 5 new proven waivers related to cv32e40p_controller design module. Refreshed the percentage in README. Updated the same into documented CV32E40Pv2_waiver_list.xlsx. Updated latest documentation for uncovered_holes explanation and two regression known failures.
