Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
https://github.com/opendatahub-io/odh-dashboard/releases/tag/v2.3.1 adds the *.dashboard.opendatahub.io CRDs to the odh-dashboard deployment

  • odhdashboardconfigs.opendatahub.io
  • odhapplications.dashboard.opendatahub.io
  • odhdocuments.dashboard.opendatahub.io
  • odhdocuments.dashboard.opendatahub.io

odhquickstarts.console.openshift.io is also read by odh-dashboard so we should be aware of this when adding explicit cluster permissions in the CSV

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding the appropriate *.opendatahub.io permissions as owned by Open Data Hub so that OLM knows that the ODH operator is required for any other operator requesting these permissions

Describe alternatives you've considered
If we just include these as requested permissions then we would have to manually create admin, edit and view cluster roles with aggregate-to-* annotations so that the rbac controller knows to include these permissions in the default cluster-* roles
