📚 Description

As we have been adding more tests, and dependencies have changed, the time it takes for the test job to finish has slowly been increasing. As the duration is hovering around 15~ minutes the job will fail at times. This change raises the timeout to 25 minutes at maximum, will look into making the tests faster sometime.
