  1. Remove old report workflow 

    Removes an old workflow that generates clade frequency plots from
Nextclade annotations, since we now do this with the flu_frequencies
workflow [1]. Since this workflow used the old Nextclade v2 interface,
removing it in this commit also helps with Nextclade v3 migration across
all of our pathogen workflows.
