Removes an old workflow that generates clade frequency plots from Nextclade annotations, since we now do this with the flu_frequencies workflow [1]. Since this workflow used the old Nextclade v2 interface, removing it in this commit also helps with Nextclade v3 migration across all of our pathogen workflows. Description of proposed changes
Removes an old workflow that generates clade frequency plots from Nextclade annotations, since we now do this with the flu_frequencies workflow [1].
