This is how the previous version was setup so would like to keep it consistent.
Several updates will have to take place for bootstrap 3.0 support.

I've updated the codebase to work with the latest stable version of Rails, 4.0.4. To sum it up it was merely updating the Gemfile, dependencies, rails update and removing attr_accessible from models. I started the local server and all pages were working without issue.
