This depends on an external OpenCL and is not hermetic.
And conditionalize on !Windows

I've disabled the Windows build for now. It was failing with and I don't have the time or Windows expertise to debug. cc @drigz @fweikert or @paulgc @ztl8702 @Vertexwahn who've all submitted Windows fixes, if one of you wants to help get this working it'd be great to have CI for Windows. |
