유저를 무조건 대면/승인하는 고양이별 입장에서 좋은 패치일 수 있다고 생각함.

  1. 고양이별 관리자가 늘어났고
  2. 관리자가 많아도 몇 개월 간 관리자를 통한 유의미한 유입은 딱히 없었습니다.

기능 개변 없이 현행 유지합니다.
