I assume this is a draft, cause it shouldn't be merged as is since it contains a dummy change (and the title is incorrect)
- This is referencing the wrong issue (I assume you meant mozilla/addons-server#9112)
- I don't think
pre-commitis the right approach to this. It's extremely slow, which is super annoying for development (especially when multiple temporary local commits might be involved)
