As described in mozilla-mobile/fenix#1048 (comment) and mozilla-mobile/fenix#12327 (comment), we would like to add the ability to long press on the forward button in Fenix's menu to show the tab history stack. However, BrowserMenuItemToolbar.TwoStateButton does not have a way to add a long press listener (I don't think any of the menu items do, but this is the one I care about).
