The behavior is currently broken in MSBuild where the option is implemented backwards. If we merge this it will eventually fix itself when MSBuld is fixed. At the moment we are just setting the default value of true, but that default value will become false when MSBuild is fixed, because the behavior should be to NOT suppress the message by default. |

Description
Disable logging "Task returned false but did not log an error." MSBuild error because we don't log MSBuild error when returning false.
