As an FYI, I'm waiting to merge this PR until we bump the minimum macOS to 10.15 on either master or the next stable branch we have, since that's when NSSwitch is introduced. |

Summary
When this repo was created, NSSwitch didn't exist. So for
<Switch>, we used an NSButton that was a checkbox. Now, apple introduced an actualNSSwitchfor macOS 10.15+, and we can use it because we just bumped our minimum support to 10.15Changelog
