WSL was uninstalled by other software and cannot be reinstalled

Repro Steps

1. WSL is running normally
2. use manager software uninstall wsl
3. use enable or disable Windows features to start Virtual machine platform，Hyper-V, windows hypervisor platform，windows subsystem for linux

Expected Behavior

Hope WSL can be reinstalled and can be used normally in powershell

Actual Behavior

any wsl command does not work due to "The system cannot find the file specified."

1. I followed this tutorial but it doesn't work

2. I turned on Win11 automatic updates and use Fix issues using windows updates to recover wsl，but it does not work
3. I repeatedly turned the following on and off multiple times，but it does not work
   Virtual machine platform，Hyper-V, windows hypervisor platform，windows subsystem for linux（enable or disable Windows features）
4. I used everything to check the relevant location of wsl and found that it was not downloaded.
   
   

What should I do to reinstall wsl correctly?
