Can't uninstall or reinstall ubuntu.

Repro Steps

I reset Ubuntu 20 on the setting page, then I found I can't open ubuntu.
So I tried to install Ubuntu on Microsoft Store, it infor me something happened on ...(I can't read '...')
If I try to uninstall it, nothing happened. (I can't find Ubuntu on the applicaiton list).
Now I have uninstall WSL, but it still show on my start menu.

Expected Behavior

Please help me purge it and reinstall Ubuntu

Have you tried to install the Ubuntu instance directly over PowerShell?
wsl --install -d Ubuntu-20.04
When the instance is rolled out properly, you should see it in the list:
wsl --list
You can run the session with (When its your default session.):
wsl

I think the package itself should be saved under this path: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages
Example from my computer: C:\Users\myUserName\AppData\Local\Packages\CanonicalGroupLimited.Ubuntu20.04onWindows_79rhkp1fndgsc
