[docs] update links to SynapseML (former MMLSpark) #4564

MMLSpark was renamed into SynapseML and moved from Azure to Microsoft GitHub account.

whoa! Seems that the mmlspark GitHub links are still automatically redirecting for now, but definitely agree with updating all of these references.

I checked with git grep -i mmlspark and found all the same lines you changed.

Yeah, GitHub creates redirects for renamed and even transferred repositories:

When you rename a repository, all existing information, with the exception of project site URLs, is automatically redirected to the new name

All links to the previous repository location are automatically redirected to the new location. When you use git clone, git fetch, or git push on a transferred repository, these commands will redirect to the new repository location or URL. However, to avoid confusion, we strongly recommend updating any existing local clones to point to the new repository URL.
