Rename Global.props to Directory.Build.props so it will automatically be included in every project.

Rename Global.props to Directory.Build.props so it will automatically be included in every project.
Thanks to @karolz-ms for the tip.
You'll notice there's now a new workaround for what appears to be a gitlink issue in common.props. Gitlink builds using MSBuild version 4.0 to parse the solution and, if you don't have MSBuild 4.0 installed, then it can't find Microsoft.Common.props. I'll investigate separately whether using a newer version of gitlink will solve that.
