The Metagenomic Sequence Simulator (MeSS) is a [Snakemake](https://github.com/snakemake/snakemake) pipeline, implemented using [Snaketool](https://github.com/beardymcjohnface/Snaketool), for simulating illumina, Oxford Nanopore (ONT) and Pacific Bioscience (PacBio) shotgun metagenomic samples.
