There is TWO variants

Run d912pxy/fix_compat_flags.ps1 in powershell

OR

  1. run regedit
  2. find \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
  3. delete entry that points to your game installation folder
