This is to accommodate mapbox/mapbox-gl-native#8341, which triggers render errors on the Bitrise Node MacOS build in text-font/chinese. The errors look like a manifestation of mapbox/mapbox-gl-native#6863. We don't have any explanation for what caused them to appear with these changes other than the timing of rendering steps getting shifted around.
