cTiVo was working fine until I got the update the other day and now it doesn't show any shows on my TiVo anymore. I tried restarting the program, I tried deleting the tivo and letting it find it again - still nothing. Is there any other information you might need (logs?) that might help debug this problem?

Thanks,
Tom

Absolutely. Just set the log level to detail in the Preferences, quit and restart (so we can see the initial handshake). Then go to ~/Library/Logs/cTiVo, do a right-click "Compress cTiVo" and send us the resulting zip file.

I see it says "request timed out" in the log. I'll try rebooting my TiVo
and starting this again.

The reboot seemed to fix the problem. Sorry to bother you.

Was this submission the best way to get in touch with you? I have a
suggestion for the way it names the shows it downloads that I'd like to
submit.

Thanks again for a great program,
Tom

Yup. That'll work fine. I'm working in that space right now, so your timing is good.
