Ah, we just don't compile and release a 2.11 version of any part of MiMa. We use the Scala 2.10 version for sbt 0.13 against all Scala versions (let's say 2.10-2.13) and the Scala 2.12 version for sbt 1 against all Scala versions. |

Also add the implicit buildScalaVersion in .travis.yml and break the build matrix up into sections.
