This issue is to track dropping support for Scala 2.10.

Does anyone feel for or against this, at this time?

This implies (requires) dropping sbt 0.13, which I'm not sure if we're ready to do (I know at least the Play and Lagom builds are still on sbt 0.13, though that is due to change).

Further understandings in #267 (comment).

Let's park this until #269 can be done.
