@SethTisue FYI, not sure where the release notes (i.e. #151 (comment)) are persisted (if at all) but one of the steps need to be changed, i.e. from
locally, on JDK 8, run sbt core/assemblyto
locally, on JDK 8, run sbt cli/assembly
