What this PR does / why we need it:

Remove unused DNSAddOnType constants from kubeadm/v1alpha4

Hi @ludusrusso. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

We don't need that as it's default and we don't want to / have to overwrite a pre-existing potentially different value?

I'm not sure about this but in v1apha4 we removed the field dnstype so it should not be needed here!

Shouldn't we still set this as part of the Kubeadm configuration?

We don't need to write it. If this field is empty, kubeadm will default it to CoreDNS;
For existing clusters, if the users are on. something different than CoreDNS, they are also using the SkipCore DNS annotation, so we should be fine

Also, #4443 is going to reword how we are managing the Kubeadm config map leverage on API conversions (including this code)
