Mac版のv1.7.0でVimのInsert Modeから抜けられない問題を修正しました。

参考：brijeshb42/monaco-vim#27
monaco-vimのこちらのissueを参考にして、monaco-vimをv0.1.13へ上げてビルドすると解決しました。
当方Windows PCを所有していいないので、Win版の動作確認は行っていません 🙇


          fix: upgrade monaco-vim to ^0.1.13

ありがとうございます！確かに 1.7.0 で Insert Mode から抜けられないですね...
