Workflow for training nnUnet with pre-existing weights
WIP. Currently configured for incremental training on developingHCP neonate data.
Requires recent (e.g. latest) version of nnUnet which has the -pretrained_weights option. The nnUnet packaged with hippunfold pre-dates this option..
