Archive the repository

With jupyterlab/jupyterlab#10796 now merged upstream, we should be able to archive this repo to clearly communicate where the main development is happening.

TODO

• Transfer relevant issues to https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab
• Add an archive header to the README.md: Add archive note to the README #82
• Archive the repo

About the issues, the remaining ones are:

• #23 --> Can be transferred: Galata: Publish test results as a PR comment  jupyterlab#10968
• Rendering artifacts lead to false positive #32 --> No transfer (link to user usage)
• More robust way to move items to the left area #47 --> No transfer as not relevant
• Improve Image Diff viewer in result report #65 --> As we rely now on Playwright HTML report, we could submit the suggestion upstream
• #68 --> Can be transferred: Galata: Open a file with a different factory jupyterlab#10969
• Fix top-level version in package.json for the releaser #74 --> To close
• #77 --> Can be transferred and suggested as new helper: Galata: How to test modal command palette? jupyterlab#10970

I closed the remaining issues. Once we merge the open MR and publish new version, we are good to archive I think. Thanks for all the hard work @fcollonval and @jtpio!
