Add owner field to Client #211

Allowing members of a site to create their own client requires the Client model to have an owner field so they can only manage their clients.

Nice idea and useful. btw Why You want to use raw_id_fields for this ? Please consider adding related_name as i.e. oidc_clients_set or similar.

raw_id_fields allows websites with many users to easily select a user without having to search down a long list. It annoys me merely having to search down a list of 50 users, so, I can see it being a problem in websites with much more users. Furthermore, it will save time loading the admin page on much larger websites.

I'll add your suggested related_name in a second.
