@caohuiyan, Thank you very much for the contribution.
It can be merged, but there is an open question we need to pay attention in the coming development/validation phase: If there are conflicts between the interfaces defined in other external packages and the functions implemented into this package, we prefer to update our implementation. Updating external interfaces is not the first way in our thinking scope.
