How To Fix Eero Router Internet and DNS Connectivity Issues
Users with Eero brand routers may experience issues with internet connectivity; specifically, the inability to resolve DNS.
To resolve this issue you can try two things.
- Disable Eero Advanced Security
- Shutdown your Raspberry Pi using the Homebridge UI
- Restart your Eero router
- Once the Eero and internet is back online, power back on your Raspberry Pi.
- Disable HomeKit Accessory Security
- Shutdown your Raspberry Pi using the Homebridge UI
- Restart your Eero router
- Once the Eero and internet is back online, power back on your Raspberry Pi.
Once you have paired your device, you can re-enable HomeKit Accessory Security and allow traffic for the Homebridge device (Raspberry Pi).
