Had some concern about coupling logics in #19, so I figured to have a try at a better plugin example too.
Basically, the greeter interface(as well as the rpc and plugin interface) are declared in the
examplepackage undercommondirectory.The actual implementation of
Greeteris inplugindirectory.In this way, the main won't need to know which implementation the Greeter will be.
This PR addresses #11
