This pull request changes the following:
npm run build
to also delete the ./dist directory prior totsc
buildnpm link
is leveraged on developers machine--stake-amounts
flag tosolo node start
so that we can stake specific amounts and drop the required nodes deployed forsolo node delete
down to 2 nodesconst self = this
and use ofself
