Overview

This issue is to track our communication with Harvard Westlake in a chronological order so that we know what has been said at any given time.

Action Items

• Create a timeline format for everyone to use
• Bonnie go through emails and add to the time timeline (can be done at anytime)
• Go through internship account and add to the timeline (can be done at anytime, not dependent on Bonnie)
• Add new communications to the timeline as they go out and come in.
• Copy and paste each email into the comments in chronological order - reconsider later.

• 2022-05-02 at 7:30 Kwaisi reached out to me to let me know that the links were not opening for the students. I made them, anyone can view.

If Harvard-Westlake has a summer internship placement program that HackforLA could sponsor? Is there still time for HackforLA to officially sign up as a sponsor? What is the process to do so?

Did not hear back from Pat and once we got Kwaisi as the right person to contact, I sent him the same message via the form and he responded.
We received 2 applications from HW and both students will be interning with us this summer (IS22). One as a Software Engineer and the other as a Project Manager.
