Overview

• We need to collect more meeting data for new meetings, then we are currently collecting.
  This is a continuation of the following issue Dynamically name recurring events #1045

We need a multi-select dropdown (or it could just be a list of checkboxes) component to collect the following data:

• Who must attend
• Who should attend
• Who can attend

Action Items

• Create some components to get the information we want
• pass it to the backend
• pass is also to the update api
