Ubuntu 17.04 - Godot version: master 4d50c7a

Issue description:
Using TIME inside a canvas_item shader, breaks it, sometimes can crash the editor too.
The output shows different things depending where and how TIME is used.

Steps to reproduce:
Use TIME inside a canvas_item type shader.
