How to test

1. Preview in web
2. On the Welcome screen, look for the new walkthrough on the right side
3. Review the walkthrough, click links and verify everything works as expected

To reset the walkthrough progress, use the command palette and search for "Developer: Reset Welcome Page Walkthrough Progress"

Should there be any mentioning of the workspace sharing and snapshot feature? Maybe together with the open ports section?

btw if you want to release it in stable next week then we should cherry-pick it to gp-code/release/1.61 as well.

Let's merge it. It's been reviewed by a few people and we already have gitpod-io/gitpod#5964 with follow up ideas :).

Landing it next week would be incredible!
