Description

The Gitpod installer is the future. This updates the guide to use it.

Fixes gitpod-io/gitpod#6517

How to test

Follow the instructions in the readme

Release Notes

Update to include Installer with InCluster dependencies

This is no longer supported by Gitpod and can be achieved by using the authentication
screen on first-run
