GEOS-Chem update: Merge PR #2696 (Emit C6H14 into ALK6)

This commit informs the GCClassic superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GitHub geoschem/geos-chem repository:

e62520fc0 Merge PR #2696 (Bug fix: Emit C6H14 into ALK6 species)

This PR does the following:

1. Restores updates to HEMCO_Config.rc.fullchem templates that were
   clobbered in the merge of PR #2171

2. Emits C6H14 (hexanes) from CMIP6 and HTAPv3 inventories into ALK6,
   to be consistent with what we already do for CEDS.
