Preparation for 6.6.0 release.

Comparison to 6.5.2: ignition-rendering6_6.5.2...prep_6.6.0

Needed by

• Forward port 3 to 6 gz-sensors#313

I also fixed the changelog version from previous 6.5.2 release pointed out in #808 (comment)
